Welcome To RGX Fitness!

Formally Known as Hourglass Workout Brampton

We are Brampton’s only women’s fitness studio – offering fitness classes for all body types and fitness levels. RGX has been operating in Brampton since 2014 and has helped over 500 women get in shape. Our clients typically lose 20lbs within the first 3 months of training with us.

Our classes are a perfect combination of traditional strength training, functional training and HIIT. We use a variety of styles and equipment to keep our workouts fresh, effective and fun.

This power class is sure to leave you sweaty! We combined easy boxing drills with upper body exercises.

One of our signature classes – our Weekend Warrior class combines weight training with HIIT. Expect to work up a sweat!
