Another trip around the sun and I feel more humbled than wise. The last decade has truely been a roller coaster 🎢 full of highs of busy entrepreneurship and then to the bottom of starting back up and building a career again, losing a parent, losing many relatives and watching my country burn to the ground. Every step forward has come with two steps back. But I have learnt change is the only constant and resilience comes from constant practice.I’ve also learn that two things can be true at the same time - you can be happy and still yearn for more, you can have friends but still be lonely, you can have money and still feel very poor. This perhaps is the true meaning of life - trying to find a happy medium between two ends. To all my friends, colleagues, clients and family - I love you and thank you for your well wishes and support. I sincerely appreciate hearing how our gym, our community or I have impacted your health, your confidence, your energy…I hope I can be as good of a person to you as you have all been to me. My only wish is to be able to go back home and bring unite my Dads ashes with his birth place and our mother land…. Big hugs 🫶💐

If I had to pick 7 glute exercises to do every week these would be it + a variation of the above.And if you are not seeing results chances are you are lifting too light. Get your form down and add 5% more resistance every other week. If you can easily do 10 -12 reps the weight is not challenging enough! At the time I was teaching a Thursday evening class at our Markham location and then had our gyms in Yorkdale and Brampton. We would hang out every weekend at our gyms, create workouts and content. Had a great end to 2025!Went on a adventure to Copenhagen 🇩🇰 then Älmhult and Stockholm 🇸🇪 and then to the UK 🇬🇧 and Paris.Every day was a new adventure!
