We offer both monthly memberships and class passes to suit your schedule. We do recommend that you attend a minimum of 3 classes per week to see results.

All of our memberships include our meal plans, our nutrition seminars and free entry to our fitness challenges!

Once registered please download our app Wellness Living Achieve on your phone to sign into classes. All of our memberships activate on your first day of classes.

FAQS

How long are classes?

Our fitness/strength classes are 60 minutes long. Our cycling classes are 50 minutes long. Our cycling express classes are 40 minutes long.

Are your classes suitable for beginners/ those with injuries?

Yes! We cater to beginners and those with injuries. Our instructors will provide you with modifications when/if necessary. We encourage all newbies to eat something light before coming in and to pace themselves during our workouts.

Should I eat before coming to workout?

Yes  – kindly please eat something light like a piece of fruit (banana) or a small bowl of oatmeal 45 minutes to an hour before attending our classes.

Are men allowed?

We are a women’s fitness studio but our cycling classes are CO-ED!

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a free trial for new members and a $7 first ride class that can be used towards your first cycling class with us.

Can you put your membership on hold?

Yes! You can put your membership if you are expecting to be away from classes for one week or longer for up to 30 days at a time. Simply send us an email via info@rgxfitness.com to put your account on hold.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

Yes – you can upgrade to more classes or downgrade to less classes at any time. Simply email us to make the change!

What is your refund & cancellation policy?

All memberships are fully refundable within 10 days of purchase date. We do not offer refunds past that. All monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Please note we do require a written notice (via email) 30 days before your billing date to cancel your memberships.

I used to be an Hourglass member - is my membership still valid?

If you have a current membership purchased in the past year and time left on that membership, your membership is still valid. Please do email us to reactivate your old membership via info@rgxfitness.com

Do you offer a 3 month challenge?

Yes – we run a 3 month challenge called the Glow Up challenge. You can join for FREE as long as you have current membership with us.

Can I book a tour/consult?

We unfortunately do not do in person tour/consults. We suggest coming in for a free trial instead to check out our studio and experience our classes.
