We are super excited to be back inside of our gyms, lifting weights and crushing our goals!

We have reduced our class sizes to 12 participants (or less) per class
We ask all members to arrive in gym clothes, and bring clean indoor running shoes (NO OUTDOOR SHOES ALLOWED!)
All members and staff *MUST* wash/sanitize their hand upon entry to our facilities and before leaving.
We have increased our sanitation and cleaning procedures to ensure all equipment is cleaned after every class (and in between each use)
We have scheduled a 20 minute cleaning window after each class to allow us to sanitize all equipment.
We will be spacing participants 6 feet away from each other and changing the format of all classes so there is minimal contact with other participants.
You are welcome to bring workout gloves and wash after each workout
We will ask everyone to wipe down/ clean equipment/mats after use
You do not have to wear a mask while working out but must wear a mask in our lounge/front area.
At this time, you do NOT need to be fully vaccinated to participate in our classes.
Our House Rules
You MUST sign into classes prior to attending – best way to do this is by downloading our app Wellness Living Achieve on your phone and signing from there.
You can only register for 1 session per day. This is to ensure everyone has a chance to grab a spot in class.
If switching class time, you must cancel and register for later one. For example, if you have signed up for a 9 am class and miss it, you must cancel that class and register for a later one if you want to attend a later class. You will be charged a $5 fee if you “no show”
NO “drop ins” allowed – new members must sign into classes prior to attending.
NO INDOOR SHOES- please bring clean shoes to change into at the gym.
NO FOOD will be allowed the gym. Water, protein shakes etc. are OK.
NO lingering at the front of the gym/lounge – As much as we love to socialize, we simply cannot allow for this at this time.
Please do not attend class if you are sick, have a fever or have flu like symptoms including a cough, or sneeze or loss of taste or smell.
Please do not attend class if you have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 – you must self isolate and can return after 14 days.
Please do not attend class if you have been traveling outside of Canada and self isolate as recommended by the government prior to returning.
Please DO inform us immediately if you have contacted COVID-19 – this is super important for the safety of members and staff.
Please note we will be strictly enforcing these rules. The safety and healthy of our members, staff and community is of utmost importance and so we must work together to ensure everyone is safe!
