Our womens fitness classes are a perfect fusion of traditional strength training, interval training (HIIT), boxing, pilates and bootcamp. We welcome ALL women – even if you are new to working out or have injuries.

There's Always Rules

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time to change shoes & arrive on time!
  • You must be signed into classes to attend. Please sign into classes via our app Wellness Living Achieve.
  • Please bring clean, indoor only running shoes (no outdoor shoes allowed)
  • If you cannot attend, please remove yourself from class within 3 hours of class time otherwise you will be charged a $5 no show fee
  • Eat something light about an hour before class time. A bananna, apple, protein shake or energy bar are some good ideas.
